ORDERING AND DELIVERY

When will my order be delivered?

Shipping times are indicated on all product detail pages. The products in your order will be delivered to the shipping company within the time specified on the relevant product detail pages.

I want to order by phone, what should I do?

It's not possible place your order by phone. You can place your order easily on our website. If you need help placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Which courier company will my order be sent with?

We ship via Yurtici Cargo or MNG Cargo to the addresses in Turkey and via DHL to addresses abroad.

There is no cargo branch in our location, how can I receive my order?

We deliver all addresses in Turkey. If there is no cargo branch in your location, delivery will be done on the basis of Mobile Region on certain days.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed yet, you can send us your cancellation request using the contact form at this link or you can inform us by calling +90 850 303 70 60 . Unprocessed orders can be cancelled or you can return processed orders within 14 days by using your Right of Withdrawal.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

Before accepting the delivery from a courier person, you must definitely check the outer package for damage and request a "Damage Determination Report" if you see any damage.

After the package is delivered to you, in case of any damage you notice, you can contact the relevant cargo branch within 24 hours at the latest from the delivery date and request them to prepare a "Damage Determination Report". If the cargo branch is not helping you in this regard, please inform us as soon as possible by calling +90 850 303 70 60 .

When you send the damaged product to us together with the "Damage Determination Report", the necessary return or exchange will be carried out by us.

Can I change the delivery address in my order?

You can send us your address update request using the contact form at this link or you can inform us by calling +90 850 303 70 60 . Necessary updates will be made by our customer representatives if your order is not shipped yet.

Do you make deliveries on public holidays?

Delivery is not possible on public holidays.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

If you select "I want a gift wrap" option from the "Gift Wrap" field in the shopping bag, your order will be prepared with a gift wrap. If you wish, you can add a gift note when you select gift wrap option in the shopping bag.

What are the payment options?

You can make your payments via Credit Card or Bank (Wire) Tranfer.

Is there a credit card installment?

We offer installments to credit cards with Bonus, World, Maximum, Axess, CardFinans and Paraf features which are issued in Turkey. When you enter your credit card information on the payment screen, installment options will appear. You can make a single transaction with all credit cards except the ones specified.

When I enter my credit card information, I can't see the installment options, why?

Due to the relevant legislation, it's prohibited to offer installments to some product groups. In addition, if your credit card is not one of the credit cards with Bonus, World, Maximum, Axess, CardFinans and Paraf feature, there will be no installment option. Can I use my credit card points?

Payment with credit card points is not possible.

Can I pay with a debit card?

Yes, you can make your payment with debit cards.

Is it safe to pay with debit cars?

For all payments made by a credit or debit card on our website, it is obligatory to enter the 3D Secure password. Therefore, you can securely shop through our website.

Do you offer a Cash on Delivery option?

No, we do not have cash on delivery payment option.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Can I return the product I purchased?

Can I exchange instead of return?

Who pays for return shipping?

When will I be refunded for the products I returned?

As soon as the returned product(s) reaches us, the return process is started. After the necessary examinations are completed, the refunds of the returns made in accordance with the Return Policy are made within 10 working days in accordance with the legal regulations. As soon as the refund is made, you will be notified via e-mail.

How can I track my returns?

Can I get the refund amount as a Gift Card instead of a refund?
